A few quick notes: • Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations • Direct billing available (Sun Life, Blue Cross, Telus eClaims & Provider Connect) • The fastest way to reach us Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm is call or text 905-769-3355—our receptionist Silvia will be happy to book you in! After hours, messages are received but replies may come the next business day. Texting will get you the quickest response.
