Rahul Ghosh, a former aerospace engineer and dedicated yogi, has transitioned into the field of healing as a registered massage therapist, following his initiation by the Inner Engineering program at the Isha Foundation. His distinctive background in engineering, combined with his extensive yoga practice, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the human body. Shanta Wehrli
Shanta Wehrli is a dedicated and experienced Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in fitness, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and spent many years working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor before transitioning into massage therapy to focus on rehabilitation and injury recovery.
Shanta graduated from the Advanced Massage Therapy program through Mohawk College and McMaster University (“Mo Mac”) and has since gained extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients. Her professional background includes working with the Hamilton Bulldogs hockey team, patients recovering from knee and hip replacements, individuals in palliative care, and those seeking general wellness and pain relief. She also valued her time as an RMT at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, where she supported patients in their recovery journeys.
Shanta takes a collaborative approach to treatment, working closely with active individuals who are committed to improving their health and well-being. Her specialized skills include Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, trigger point release, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Massage, and Hot Oil Scalp Massage. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and strives to facilitate that process through personalized care.

Melissa Madsen, RMT is a highly skilled and experienced registered massage therapist dedicated to providing top-quality care to her clients. She graduated as class valedictorian from the Canadian Therapeutic College of Massage Therapy in Burlington, Ontario, in 2004 and began her career as Melissa TsuLin Thompson, RMT.
From 2004-2005, Melissa worked at luxury resorts in Beaver Creek and Vail, Colorado, gaining valuable spa experience that she later integrated into her practice. From 2005-2012, she provided therapeutic massage in the Strathcona community at a chiropractic office. In 2012, she opened her home studio, and through networking, she rebranded her business as East Mountain Massage to expand her reach and services.
Melissa is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She is also licensed in Bioflex Laser Therapy and a certified Nordixx Pole Walking instructor.
Her extensive portfolio includes Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Massage, Bamboo Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Oil Scalp Massage, Low-Level Light Therapy (Bioflex Laser), and Nordixx Pole Walking instruction.

Melissa’s passion for healing is addicting! Her love for giving back to the community includes massaging at an event held at camp wanakita, Volunteering her massage services at SAGE camp (through SACHA), Canadian blood services, massaging the volunteers Burlington’s Sound of Music Festival as well as being Director of Fundraising 2009-2010, walls of Hope where she also volunteered massage therapy services as well as tackling demolition in one of the houses, Hamilton Hornets Rugby team hosted a fundraiser game and Melissa donated all money raised through massaging.

Lisa Wilson
Lisa Wilson, RMT, is a highly skilled and experienced Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing therapeutic and spa-focused treatments tailored to her clients’ needs. She graduated in 2004 from the intensive two-year Massage Therapy program at the Canadian Therapeutic College of Massage Therapy in Burlington, Ontario.
Lisa began her career in the spa industry, working at Spa Struck during the 2004–2005 winter season. This opportunity allowed her to refine her skills at several prestigious resort locations, including Beaver Creek Lodge and Manor Vail in Colorado. Upon returning to Ontario and obtaining her professional registration, Lisa spent the next decade working at a well-established chiropractic clinic on the East Mountain, focusing on rehabilitation and therapeutic massage.
When the opportunity arose to join East Mountain Massage, Lisa embraced the chance to continue her career in a setting that aligned with her values and expertise.
